Title: Death Caused by Act Done with Intent to Cause Miscarriage

Whoever, with intent to cause the miscarriage of a woman with child, does any net which causes the death of such woman, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine; If act done without woman's consent.--And if the act is done without the consent of the woman, shall be punished either with 1 [imprisonment for life], or with the punishment above mentioned. Title: Arrest Without Warrant

Title: Powers and Duties of Company Liquidator in Voluntary Winding Up

Title: Application to Be Made for Construction, Establishment or Installation of Factory or Workshop or Work-place in Which Steam or Other Power is to Be Employed

(2) The application shall specify the maximum number of workers proposed to be simultaneously employed at any time in the factory, workshop, workplace, place or premises and shall be accompanied by,- (a) a plan of the factory, workshop, work-place or premises prepared in such manner as may be prescribed by rules made in this behalf by the Government; and (b) such particulars as to the powers, machinery plant or premises as the corporation may require by bye-laws made in this behalf.
