Title: Resolutions Requiring Special Notice

Title: Effect of Suspension and Remission on Dismissal.

(1) Where in addition to any other sentence the punishment of dismissal has been awarded by a court-martial, and such other sentence is suspended under section 182, then, such dismissal shall not take effect until so ordered by the authority or offecier specified in section 182. (2) If such other sentence is remitted under section 186, the punishment of dismissal shall also be remitted.

Title: Contract of Employment with Managing or Whole

(1) Every company shall keep at its registered office,-- (a) where a contract of service with a managing or whole-time director is in writing, a copy of the contract; or (b) where such a contract is not in writing, a written memorandum setting out its terms. (2) The copies of the contract or the memorandum kept under sub-section (1) shall be open to inspection by any member of the company without payment of fee. (3) If any default is made in complying with the provisions of sub-section (1) or sub-section (2), the company shall be liable to a penalty of twenty-five thousand rupees and every officer of the company who is in default shall be liable to a penalty of five thousand rupees for each default. (4) The provisions of this section shall not apply to a private company.

Title: Deduction at Source and Advance Payment

(1) Notwithstanding that the regular assessment in respect of any income is to be made in a later assessment year, the tax on such income shall be payable by deduction or collection at source or by advance payment 1[or by payment under sub-section (1A) of section 192], as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.
