(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, the National Dairy Development Board may make such orders or take such action as may be necessary for restructuring and streamlining the organisational and functional set-up of the National Dairy Development Board to secure utmost efficiency in its functioning, and the Board shall, for achieving this object, be competent to declare any officer or other employee or any class of officers or other employees to be redundant if it finds them redundant by way of being surplus or otherwise due to duplication of posts of the same nature, or absence of the special expertise required for the post in the revised set-up, or the non-availability of posts in a particular office or unit of the National Dairy Development Board and it is not practicable to accommodate him in the type of post in the particular grade. (2) Nothing in the Chapter shall preclude the Board, if it is considered necessary for the purpose of rationalising the conditions of service of the officers and other employees so transferred to it, to change their designation, conditions of service or the scales of pay applicable to them or to reallocate their duties and.....

Title: Submission of Sub-regional Plans to the Board

(1) Before publishing any Sub-Regional Plan, each participating State or, as the case may be the Union Territory, shall, refer such plan to the Board to enable the Board to ensure that such Plan is in conformity with the Regional Plan. (2) The Board shall after examining a Sub-Regional Plan, communicate, within sixty days from the date of receipt of such Plan, its observations with regard to the Sub-Regional Plan to the participating State or the Union Territory by which such Plan was referred to it. (3) The participating State, or, as the case may be, the Union Territory, shall after due consideration of the observations made by the Board, finalise the Sub-Regional Plan after ensuring that it is in conformity with the Regional Plan.

(3) The Governor of a State or the Administrator of a Union territory having a Legislative Assembly may, where he is of opinion that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, request the Comptroller and Auditor-General to audit the accounts of a corporation established by law made by the Legislative Assembly of the State or of the Union territory, as the case may be, and where such request has been made, the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall audit the accounts of such corporation and shall have, for the purposes of such audit, right of access to the books and accounts of such corporation : Provided that no such request shall be made except after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor-General and except after.....
