Title: Audit of Accounts and Annual Report

(1) The accounts of the Durgah shall be audited every year by such persons and in such manner as the Central Government may direct, (2) The committee shall every year prepare a report on the administration of the Durgah, which, together with the accounts of the Durgah and the report of the auditor thereon, shall be published in the Official Gazette.

Coroners Act, 1871 Section 19

Title: Evidence to Be on Oath. Evidence on Behalf of Accused

All evidence given under this Act shall be on oath, and the Coroner shall be bound to receive evidence on behalf of the party (if any) accused of causing the death of the deceased person. Interpreter.- Witnesses unacquainted with the English language shall be examined through the medium of an interpreter, who shall be sworn to interpret truly as well the oath as the questions put to, and the answers given by, the witnesses. Questions suggested by jury.- After each witness has been examined, the Coroner shall inquire whether the jury wish any further questions to be put to the witness, and, if the jury wish that any such questions should be put, the Coroners shall put them accordingly.

Coal Mines Taking over of Management Act 1973 Section 19

Title: Power to Remove Difficulties

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Central Government may, by notified order, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the appointed day.

(1) After admitting a d'aim under this Act, the amount due in respect of such claim shall be paid by the Commissioner to the person or persons to whom such amount is due and on such payment, the liability of the Company in respect of such claim shall stand discharged. (2) If, out of the monies paid to him in relation to the Ganesh Flour Mills, there is a balance left after meeting the liabilities as specified in the Schedule, the Commissioner shall disburse such balance to the Company.

CONVERTS' MARRIAGE DISSOLUTION ACT, 1866 Section 19

Title: Liberty to parties to marry again

When any decree dissolving a marriage shall have been passed under the provisions of this Act, it shall be as lawful for the respective parties thereto to marry again as if the prior marriage had been dissolved by death, and the issue of any such re-marriage shall be legitimate, any { Subs.by the A.O.1950, for "Native law".} [personal law] to the contrary notwithstanding : Provided always that no minister of religion shall be compelled to solemnize the marriage of any person whose former marriage may have been dissolved under this Act, or shall be liable to any suit or penalty for refusing to solemnize the marriage of any such person.

Government of India Act, 1858 [Repealed] Section 19

The Council shall, under the Direction of the Secretary of State, and subject to the Provisions of this Act, conduct the Business transacted in the United Kingdom in relation to the Government of India, and the Correspondence with India, but every Order or communication sent to India shall be signed by One of the Principal Secretaries of State; and, same as expressly provided by this Act, every Order in the United Kingdom in relation to the Government of India under this Act shall be signed by such Secretary of State; and all Despatches from Governments and Presidencies in India, and other Despatches from India, which if this Act had not been passed should have been addressed to the Court of Directors or to their Secret Committee, shall be addressed to such Secretary of State.

Code of Civil Procedure (Amendment) Act, 1999 Section 19

Title: Amendment of Order Ix

In the First Schedule, in Order IX,-- (i) for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely: -- "2. Dismissal of suit where summons not served by the plaintiff or his agent or in consequences of failure to pay cost.--Where on the day sofixed it is found that the summons has not been sent within stipulated period of two days, to the defendant by the plaintiff or his agent or in consequence of their failure to pay the Court-fee or any charges, if any chargeable for such service, the Court shall make an order that the suit be dismissed: Provided that no such order shall be made if, notwithstanding such failure, the defendant attends in person or by agent when he is allowed to appear by agent on the day fixed for him to appear and answer."; (ii) in rule 5, for the words "one month", me words "seven days" shall be substituted.

All things done, or, omitted to be done, and all actions or measures taken or not taken during the period beginning on or after the 3rd day of July, 2008 and ending immediately before the date of commencement of the Employees' State Insurance (Amendment) Act, 2010, shall in so far as they are in conformity with the provisions of this Act, as amended by the Employees' State Insurance (Amendment) Act, 2010, be deemed to have been done, or taken, or not taken, under the provisions of this Act, as amended by the Employees' State Insurance (Amendment) Act, 2010, as if such provisions were in force at the time such things were done or omitted to be done and actions or measures taken or not taken during the said period.
