1[15A. Cancellation Of Registration Of An Insured Bank For Non-Payment Of Premium.-- (1) The Corporation may cancel the registration of an insured bank if it fails to pay the premium for three consecutive periods: Provided that no such registration shall be cancelled except after giving to the concerned bank one month's notice in writing calling upon that bank to pay the amount in default. (2) The Corporation may restore the registration of a bank whose registration has been cancelled under sub-section (1), if the concerned bank requests the Corporation to restore the registration and pays all the amounts due by way of premia from the date of default till the date of payment together with interest due there on the date of payment: Provided that the Corporation shall not restore the registration unless it is satisfied, on an inspection of the concerned bank or otherwise, that it is eligible to be registered as an insured bank]. _______________________ 1. Powers of Tree officer in the matter of investigation (1) Any Tree officer within such area as the State Government may, by notification specify, may as regards offences under section 22 exercise powers conferred on an Officer incharge of a police station by the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973: Provided that any such power shall be subject to such restrictions and modifications if any, as the State Government may specify. (2) For the purposes of section 156 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 the area in regard to which the Tree Officer is empowered under sub-section (1), shall be deemed to be a police station and such Officer shall be deemed to be the Officer-in-charge of such station. ________________________ 1. (1) The central council and shall cause to be maintained in the prescribed manner a register of pharmacists to be known as the central Register of each state contain the names of all persons for the time begin entered in the register for a state. (2) Each state council shall supply to the central council five copies of the register for the state as soon as may be after the first day April of each year and the Registered of each state council shall inform the central council without delay all additions to and other amendments in the register for the state made from time to time. (3) It shall be the duty of the Registrar of the central council to keep the central Register in accordance with the order made by the central council and from time to time to revise the central Register and publish it in the Gazette of India. (4) The central Register shall be deemed to be published document within the meaning of the Indian Evidence Act 1872 (1 of 1872) and may be proved by the production of a copy of the central Register and publish it in the Gazette of India.

1[Section 15A - Review (1) Any person aggrieved by an order made by the Central Government, may, within thirty days from the date of such order, make an application for review of such order: Provided that the Central Government may entertain an application after the expiry of the said period of thirty days, if it is satisfied that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from making the application in time: Provided further that an application for a review of an order passed in terms of the provisions of section 14A shall be disposed of in the manner provided for in the procedure as may be laid down under clause (ia) of sub-section (2) of section 18.
