Distribution of business amongst Benches and transfer of cases from one Bench to another Bench (1) Where Benches are constituted, the Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal may, from time to time, by notification, make provisions as to the distribution of the business of the Appellate Tribunal amongst the Benches and also provide for the matters which may be dealt with by each Bench. (2) On the application of any of the parties and after notice to the parties, and after hearing such of them as he may desire to be heard, or on his own motion without such notice, the Chairperson of the Appellate Tribunal may transfer any case pending before one Bench, for disposal, to any other Bench. ___________________ 1. (b) If any private street is constructed or any building, wall, fence or structure erected on any drain or water works as aforesaid without the written permission of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer may remove or otherwise deal with the same as he may think fit. (3) The expenses incurred by the Chief Executive Officer in doing so shall be paid by the owner of the private street or of the building, fence wall or other structure or, as the case may be, by the railway administration or the person offending and shall be recoverable as an arrears of tax under this Act.
