Title: Restrictions on Mountaineering Expeditions

1[11B. Restrictions on mountaineering expeditions.-- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Foreigners (Exemption) Order, 1957, no foreigner or group of foreigners shall climb, or attempt to climb, any mountain peak in India without obtaining the prior permission in writing, of the Central Government on an application made in that behalf through the Indian Mountaineering Foundation, a registered society having its registered office in the Union Territory of Delhi and without complying with such condition including specification of route to be followed, accompaniment by Liaison Officer, use of photographic and wireless communication equipment, as may be laid down in this behalf by the Central Government.] ________________________ 1. Title: Family Pension

Section 11B - Family Pension 1 [(1) Where a member dies before the expiry of his term, there shall be paid to his family pension at the rate of 2 [five hundred rupees] per mensem for the remaining period for which such member would have, but for his death, continued as member.] Explanation.--For the purposes of this sub--section, 'family' means, the following relatives of the deceased member, namely:-- (a) wife or the husband; (b) minor sons; and (c) unmarried minor daughters. (2) The family pension admissible under sub--section (1) shall be payable in the following order,-- (a) wife or husband; and (b) the eldest among the minor sons or unmarried minor daughters, where the deceased member has no surviving spouse: Provided that where the recipient of the family pension dies or marries or ceases to be a minor, the pension payable shall thereafter be paid to the person next lower in the order of preference. _______________________ 1. .....and control of the material resources of thecommunity are so distributed as best to subserve the common good, specify,having regard to the factors mentioned in sub-section (2), by notified order,the requirements which shall be complied with by an industrial undertaking toenable it to be regarded, for the purposes of this Act, as an ancillary, or asmall scale, industrial undertaking and different requirements may be sospecified for different purposes or with respect to industrial undertakingsengaged in the manufacture or production of different articles : Providedthat no industrial undertaking shall be regarded as an ancillary industrialundertaking unless it is, proposed to be, engaged in-- (i)the manufacture of parts, components, sub-assemblies, toolings or intermediates; or (ii)rendering of services, or supplying or rendering, not more than fifty per. cent,of its production or its total services, as the case may be, to other units forproduction of other articles. (2)The factors referred to in sub-section (1) are the following, namely: (a)the investment by the industrial undertaking in-- (i)plant and machinery, or (ii)land, buildings, plant and machinery ;.....
