.....of a ship owner which is a company shall be entitled to any compensation for the loss of office or for the premature termination, under this Act, of any contract of management entered into by him with such company. (2) Nothing contained in sub-section (1) shall affect the right of any such managing or whole-time director, or any other director or manager or any such person in charge of management to recover from the ship owner moneys recoverable otherwise than by way of such compensation. SECTION 14: APPLICATION OF ACT 1 OF 1956 (1) Where directors have been appointed under section 10-in relation to a company, then, notwithstanding anything contained in the Companies Act, 1956-or in the memorandum or articles of association of such company,- (a) it shall not be lawful for the shareholders of such company or any other person to nominate or appoint any person to be a director of the company; (b) no resolution passed at any meeting of the shareholders of such company shall be given effect to unless approved by the Central Government; (c) no proceeding for the winding up of the company or for the appointment of a receiver in respect thereof shall lie or be continued.....

.....a Hanafi Mussalman, also for his own maintenance and support during his lifetime or for the payment of his debts out of the rents and profits of the property dedicated: Provided that the ultimate benefit is in such cases expressly or impliedly reserved for the poor or for any other purpose recognised by the Mussalman law as a religious, pious or charitable purpose of a permanent character. SECTION 04: WAKFS NOT BE INVALID BY REASON OF REMOTENESS OF BENEFIT TO POOR, ETC No such wakf shall be deemed to be invalid merely because the benefit reserved therein for the poor or other reliegious, pious or charitable purpose of a permanent nature is postponed until after the extinction of the family, children or descendents of person creating the wakf. In section 309 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- "(1) In every inquiry or trial the proceedings shall be continued from day-to-day until all the witnesses in attendance have been examined, unless the Court finds the adjournment of the same beyond the following day to be necessary for reasons to be recorded: Provided that when the inquiry or trial.....
