Spices Board Act, 1986 Section 7

Title: Functions of the Board

.....export; (vii) control quality of spices for export; (viii) give licences, subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed, to the manufacturers of spices for export; (ix) market any spice, if it considers necessary, in the interest of promotion of export; (x) provide warehousing facilities abroad for spices; . (xi) collect statistics with regard to spices for compilation and publication; (xii) import, with the previous approval of the Central Government, any spice for sale; and (xiii) advise the Central Government on matters relating to import and export of spices. (2) The Board may also-- (i) promote co-operative efforts among growers of cardamom; (ii) ensure remunerative returns to growers of cardamom; (iii) provide financial or other assistance for improved methods of cultivation and processing of cardamom, for replanting cardamom and for extension of cardamom growing areas; (iv) regulate the sale of cardamom and stabilisation of prices of cardamom; (v) provide (raining in cardamom testing and fixing grade standards of cardamom; (vi) increase the consumption of cardamom and carry on propaganda for that purpose; (vii) register and licence.....

Foreigners Order, 1948 Section 7

Title: Restriction of Sojourn in India

....."either at the place at which the said foreigner enters India or at the place at which he presents a registration report in accordance with Rule 6 of the Registration of Foreigners Rules, 1939, a permit indicating the period during which he is authorised to remain in India and also indicating the place or places for stay in India, if any, specified in the visa. Official Trustees Act, 1913 Section 7

Title: General Power and Duties of Official Trustee

.....the Court as any other trustee acting in the same (3) The Official Trustee may decline, either absolutely or except on such conditions as he may impose, to accept any trust. (4) The Official Trustee shall not accept any trust under any composition or scheme of arrangement for the benefit of creditors.nor of any estate known or believed by him to be insolvent. (5) The Official Trustee shall not, save as provided by any rules made under this Act, accept any trust for a religious purpose or any trust which involves the management or carrying on of any business. (6) The Official Trustee shall not administer the estate of a deceased person, unless he is expressly appointed sole executor of, and sole trustee under, the will of such person. (7) The Official Trustee shall always be sole trustee, and it shall not be lawful to appoint the Official Trustee to be trustee along with any other person.
