Title: Endorsements and Certificate to Be Copied and Document Returned

.....In section 61, in sub-section (2), after the words "returned" the words "in the manner prescribed by rules" shall be inserted. 5 Kerala: For sub-section (1) of section 61 substitute the following:-- "(1) The endorsements and certificate referred to and mentioned in sections 59 and 60 shall thereupon be copied into the true copy of the document presented along with the document and the true copy of the map or plan (if any) mentioned in section 21 shall also be filed alongwith the true copy of the document." Border Security Force Act, 1968 Section 61

Title: Capture of Deserters

(1) Whenever any person subject to this Act deserts, the Commandant of the unit to which he belongs, shall give information of the desertion to such civil authorities as, in his opinion, may be able to afford assistance towards the capture of the deserter; and such authorities shall thereupon take steps for the apprehension of the said deserter in like manner as if he were a person for whose apprehension a warrant had been issued by a magistrate, and shall deliver the deserter, when apprehended, into Force custody. (2) Any police officer may arrest without warrant any person reasonably believed to be subject to this Act, and to be a deserter or to be travelling without authority and shall bring him without delay before the nearest magistrate, to be dealt with according to law.

Biological Diversity Act, 2002 Section 61

Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 Section 61

Title: Application of Chapter to Trailers

(1) The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to the registration of trailers as they apply to the registration of any oilier motor vehicle. (2) The registration mark assigned to a trailer shall be displayed in such manner on the side of the drawing vehicle as may be prescribed by the Central Government. (3) No person shall drive a motor vehicle to which a trailer is or trailers are attached unless the registration mark of the motor vehicle so driven is displayed on the trailer or on the last trailer in the train, as the case may be, in such manner as may be prescribed by the Central Government.
