Documentary evidence.- Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, no document shall be in admissible in evidence in any proceeding at the trial of a suit under this Act on the ground that it is not duly stamped or registered.] ________________________ 1. Substituted for "38.No suit to be brought to enforce marriage or contract arising out of marriage when husband is under sixteen years or wife under fourteen years.-Notwithstanding anything herein before contained, no suit shall be brought in any Court to enforce any marriage or any contract connected with or arising out of any marriage, if, at the date of the institution of the suit, the husband shall not have completed the age of sixteen years, or the wife shall not have completed the age of is fourteen years." Title: Rules to Be Laid Before Parliament

Rules to be laid before Parliament Every rule made under this Act shall be laid as soon as may be after it is made before each House of Parliament while it is in session for a total period of thirty days which may be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions, 2[and if, before the expiry of the session immediately following the session or the successive sessions aforesaid], both Houses agree in making any modification in the rule or both Houses agree that the rule should not be made, the rule shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be; so however that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under that rule.] _____________________ 1.
