.....other legal proceedings shall lie against any person in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder. SECTION 17: POWER TO MAKE RULES (1) The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act. Tripura Act No. I1 of 1987 THE TRIPURA UNIVERSITY ACT, 1987 An Act To establish and incorporate a teaching and affiliating University for the State of Tripura and provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
