In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-- (a) "Scheduled Castes Order" means the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950, made by the President under article 341 of the Constitution; (b) "Scheduled Tribes Orders" means the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order 1950, the Constitution (Uttar Pradesh) Scheduled Tribes Order, 1967 and the Constitution (Sikkim) Scheduled Tribes Order, 1978, made by the President under article 342 of the Constitution.
