THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2001 THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2001 ACT NO. 50 OF 2001 [24th September, 2001.] An Act further to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title.-This Act may be called the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2001. 2.
