Title: The Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 No. 23 of 2010[18th August, 2010.]

.....within such time, as the authority may direct.(4) Where the clinical establishment does not, within a reasonable time, take action to the satisfaction of the authority, it may, after considering any explanation furnished orrepresentation made by the clinical establishment, issue such directions within such time as indicated in the direction, as that authority deems fit, and the clinical establishment shall comply with such directions. 34. Power to enter. - The authority or an officer authorised by it may, if there is any reason to suspect that anyone is carrying on a clinical establishment without registration, enter and search in the manner prescribed, at any reasonable time and the clinical establishment, shall offer reasonable facilities for inspection or inquiry and be entitled to be represented thereat:Provided that no such person shall enter the clinical establishment without giving notice of his intention to do so. 35. Levy of fee by State Government. - The State Government may charge fees for different categories of clinical establishments, as may be prescribed. 36. Title: Compensation for Land Sold Subject to Condition, if Claim Proved, Though Not Preferred in Time

If the land have been sold subject to any condition or reservation, or have been otherwise disposed of, on account of {Subs.by the A.O.1937 for " Govt."} [the State Government], and any claim to such land, or objection to the sale or other disposition of the land, shall be proved to the satisfaction of the State Government; although not preferred to the Collector or other officer as aforesaid, or to the Court constituted under this Act, within the period prescribed by this Act, the State Government may award to such claimant or objector such amount as to such State Government may appear to be the value of the interest of such claimant or objector in such land. {Ins.by Act 4 of 1914, Sch., Pt.I.S.23-A has been omitted in its application to the U.P., see the U.P.Board of Revenue Act, 1922 (U.P.12 of 1922).}

Prohibition on publication of names, addresses, etc., of children involved in cases or proceeding's 1[under any Act] No report in any newspaper, magazine or news-sheet of any case or proceeding in any court 2[under any Act,] in which a child is involved shall disclose the name, address or school or include any particulars calculated to lead to the identification of any such child, nor shall any picture be published as being or including a picture of any such child : Provided that, for reasons to be recorded in writing the court trying the case or holding the proceeding may permit the disclosure of any such report, if in its opinion such disclosure is in the interests of child welfare and is not likely to affect adversely the interests of the child concerned. _________________ 1. EMPLOYEE'S COMPENSATION ACT, 1923 Chapter 2

.....an from the injury amount equal to 2[fifty per cent.] of the monthly wages of the deceased 14[employee] multiplied by the relevant factor; or an amount of 9[one lakh and twenty thousand rupees], whichever is more; (b) where permanent total disablement results from the injury an amount equal to 4[sixty per cent.] of the monthly wages of the injured 14[employee] multiplied by the relevant factor; or an amount of 10[one lakh and forty thousand rupees], whichever is more; 11[Provided that the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, from time to time, enhance the amount of compensation mentioned in clauses (a) and (b).] Explanation I.--For the purposes of clause (a) and clause (b), "relevant factor", in relation to a 14[employee] means the factor specified in the second column of Schedule IV against the entry in the first column of that Schedule specifying the number of years which are the same as the completed years of the age of the 14[employee] on his last birthday immediately preceding the date on which the compensation fell.....

Title: Application of Provisions of Sections 22, 23, 24 and 25

The provisions of sections 22, 23, 24 and 25 and the rules, if any, made thereunder shall, so far as may be, apply in relation to an Inspector and a Government Analyst appointed under this Chapter as they apply in relation to an Inspector and a Government Analyst appointed under Chapter IV, subject to the modification that the references to "drug" in the said sections, shall be construed as references to1[Ayurvedic, Siddha or Unani] drug. ____________________________ 1. This Act has been extended to Berar by the Berar Laws Act, 1941 (4 of 1941), to Goa, Daman and Diu by Reg. 12 of 1962, sec. 3 and Sch.; to Dadra and Nagar Haveli by Reg. 6 of 1963, sec. 2 and Sch. I, to Pondicherry by Reg. 7 of 1963, sec. 3 and Sch. I, and to Laccadive, Minicoy and Amindivi Islands by Reg. 8 of 1965, sec. 3 and Sch., and has also been declared in force in the district of Khondmals by sec. 3 and Sch. of the Khondmals Laws Regulation, 1936 (4 of 1936) and in the district of Angul by sec. 3 and Sch. of the Angul Laws Regulation, 1936 (5 of 1936). Extended to Sikkim w.e.f. 1-11-1986 vide G.S.R. 529 (E), dt. 30-12-1986. This Act has been modified in its application to apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of 1961) by sec. 16 and Sch. to that Act. 2.
