THE KERALA COMMAND AREAS DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1986 [1] ACT 37 OF 1986 THE KERALA COMMAND AREAS DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1986 [1] An act to provide for the development of areas benefited by irrigation projects in the State of Kerala . Preamble .-WHEREAS it is expedient to make provision for comprehensive and systematic development of the areas in which lands benefited by irrigation projects are situated and for matters incidental thereto; BE it enacted in the Thirty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER I Preliminary 1. Short title, extent and commencement .-(1) This Act may be called the Kerala command Areas Development Act, 1986. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala . (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th day of January, 1985. 2. Definitions .-In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,- (1) "Authority" means a Command Areas Development Authority constituted under section 3; (2) "command area", in relation to one or more irrigation project or projects means such area as may be notified by the Government, comprising, among other lands, lands benefited by such irrigation project or projects; (3) "community irrigation.....

Juvenile Justice Act, 1986 [Repealed] Section 53

Title: Advisory Board

(1) The State Government may constitute an Advisory Board to advice it on matters relating to the establishment and maintenance of homes, mobilisation of resources, provision of facilities for education, training and rehabilitation of neglected and delinquent juveniles and co-ordination among the various official and non-official agencies concerned. (2) The Advisory Board shall consist of such number of officers and other persons as the State Government thinks fit and may also include experts and the representatives of voluntary organisations engaged in the relevant areas.

Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Cess Act, 1986 Complete Act

.....in the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in that Act. SECTION 03: DUTIES OF CUSTOMS ON SCHEDULED PRODUCTS (1) There shall be levied and collected by way of a cess for the purposes of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985, a duty of customs at such rate not exceeding three per cent. advalorem as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette specify, on all Scheduled products, which are exported. (2) The duties of customs levied under sub-section (1) on the Scheduled products shall be in addition to any cess or duty leviable on such Scheduled products under any other law for the time being in force. (3) The provisions of the Customs Act, 1962-and the rules and regulations made thereunder including those relating to refunds and exemptions from duty, shall, as far as may be, apply in relation to the levy and collection of the duty of customs leviable under sub-section (1) as they apply in relation to the levy and collection of the duties of customs under that Act or those rules and regulations. JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT, 1986 JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT, 1986 53 of 1986 An Act to provide for the care, protection, treatment, development and rehabilitation of neglected or delinquent juveniles and for the adjudication of certain matters relating to, and disposition of, delinquent juveniles. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Thirty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT (1) This Act may be called The Juvenile Justice Act, 1986.
