Except for preventing or repelling actual Invasion of Her Majesty's Indian Possessions, or under other sudden and urgent Necessity, the Revenues of India shall not, without the Consent of both Houses of Parliament, be applicable to defray the Expenses of any Military Operation carried on beyond the external Frontiers of such Possessions by Her Majesty's Forces charged upon such Revenues.

Preamble:•WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Kerala General Sales Tax Act, 1963 (15 of 1963) for the purposes hereinafter appearing; BE it enacted in the Fifty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:• 1. Short title and commencement.• (1) This Act may be called the Kerala General Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 2000. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 2000. 2.
