Title : Of the Fees for Registration, Searches and Copies

.....Sub-Divisional Magistrate as regards the registration offices within his own jurisdiction may frame and publish lists of persons proved to his satisfaction or to the satisfaction of any Sub-Registrar as provided in section 80C, by evidence of general repute or otherwise, habitually to act as torts, and may from time to time, alter and amend such lists. (2) No person's name shall be included in any such list until he shall have had an opportunity of showing cause against such inclusion. (3) Where the name of any person is included in a list framed and published by a Sub-Divisional Magistrate under this section, such person may, within thirty days of the publication of the list in which his name first appears, apply in writing to the Registrar the district for the removal of his name from such list and the orders of the Registrar, passed after such inquiry (if any) as he considers necessary on such application shall be final. 80C. Inquiry by a Sub-Registrar regarding suspected touts.--Any Registrar of a district or Sub-Divisional Magistrate may send to any Sub-Registrar within the jurisdiction of such authority the name of any person alleged or suspected to be a tout and.....

Title : The Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 No. 23 of 2010[18th August, 2010.]

.....within such time, as the authority may direct.(4) Where the clinical establishment does not, within a reasonable time, take action to the satisfaction of the authority, it may, after considering any explanation furnished orrepresentation made by the clinical establishment, issue such directions within such time as indicated in the direction, as that authority deems fit, and the clinical establishment shall comply with such directions. 34. Power to enter. - The authority or an officer authorised by it may, if there is any reason to suspect that anyone is carrying on a clinical establishment without registration, enter and search in the manner prescribed, at any reasonable time and the clinical establishment, shall offer reasonable facilities for inspection or inquiry and be entitled to be represented thereat:Provided that no such person shall enter the clinical establishment without giving notice of his intention to do so. 35. Title : Of Presenting Documents for Registration

.....who shall forthwith forward it to the Registrar to whom he is subordinate. (5) Nothing in this section applies to copies of decrees or orders. Section 35 - Procedure on admission and denial of execution respectively (1) (a) If all the persons executing the document appear personally before the registering officer and are personally known to him, or if he be otherwise satisfied that they are the person they represent themselves to be, and if they all admit the execution of the document, or (b) if in the case of any person appearing by a representative, assign or agent, such representative, assign or agent admits the execution, or (c) if the person executing the document is dead, and his representative or assign appears before the registering officer and admits the execution, the registering officer shall register the document as directed in sections 58 to 61 inclusive.
