Merchant Shipping (Radio Direction Finders) Rules, 1968 Complete Act

.....are at any port or place in India or within the territorial waters of India. (3) They shall come into force at once. .....The Trust may enter into and perform all such contracts as it may consider necessary or expedient for carrying out any of the purposes of this Act.
