The Chhattisgarh Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss to Property) Act, 2010 Complete Act

(2) The Authority shall consist of experts from the field of medical, law, consumer movement and health management. (3) The conditions of service of the experts mentioned in sub-section (2), and the procedure to be followed by the Authority shall be such as may be specified by the State Government by an order in this behalf. Section 8 - Act not in derogation of any other law The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law for the time being in force. Section 9 - Power to make rules The State Government may, by notification make the rules to carry out the provisions of this Act. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Sixty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:" 1. Short title and commencement." (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Duty on Transfers of Property (in Municipal Areas) Amendment Act, 2010. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 13th day of September 2010. 2. Amendment of Section 5." The Proviso to Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Duty on Transfers of Property (in Municipal Areas) Act, 2009 (Tamil Nadu Act 32 of 2009) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) shall be omitted. 3. Repeal and Saving." (1) The Tamil Nadu Duty on Transfers of Property (in Municipal Areas) Amendment Ordinance, 2010 (See T.N. Ordinance 4/2010 " 2010 (2) CTAR page 1.131) (Tamil Nadu Ordinance 4 of 2010), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the principal Act, as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act, as amended.....
