.....CHARTERED FINANCIAL ANALYSTS OF INDIA UNIVERSITY, TRIPURA ACT, 2004 THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED FINANCIAL ANALYSTS OF INDIA UNIVERSITY, TRIPURA ACT, 2004 [Act No. 8 of 2004] PREAMBLE AN ACT To establish and incorporate a self-financed Private University in the State for providing high quality education sponsored by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI), Hyderabad, Andra Pradesh and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. Be it enacted by the Tripura Legislative Assembly in the Fifty Fifth year of Republic of India as follows. Section 1 - Short title, and Commencement (1) This Act may be called the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University. Tripura Act. 2004 (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official gazette. appoint.
