THE KERALA REQUISITIONING AND ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY ACT, 1981 [1] THE KERALA REQUISITIONING AND ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY ACT, 1981 [1] (Act 27 of 1981) An Act to provide for the requisitioning and acquisition of property for public purposes, not being purposes of the Union.
