.....AND REGULATION) AMENDMENT ACT, 2015 NO. 10 OF 2015 [26th March, 2015.] An Act further to amend the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows: Short title and commencement 1. (1) This Act may be called the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2015. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12th day of January, 2015. Amendment of section 3. 2.
