Title: Provisions as to Accused Persons of Unsound Mind

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:" 1. Short title and commencement. " (1) This Act may be called the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2008.
