THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA ACT, 1800 [Act, No. 39 & 40 Geo. 3, c. 79] [28th July, 1800] PREAMBLE An Act for establishing further Regulations for the Government of the British Territories in India, and the better Administration of Justice within the same.
