Be it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows: 1. Short title This Act may be called the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Amendment Act, 2007. 2.
