The Orissa Dramatic Performances Act, 1962 Complete Act

Any person oil whom a copy of the order referred to in section 3 or section 4 is served and who does, or willingly permits, any act in disobe dience of such order, shall on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. 7. (1) Any person who, after the publication of an order under sub-section (3) of section 3 or during the period when an order made under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) of section 4, is in force, organises or is responsible for the conduct of, or who, with the knowledge that such an order under section 3 or section 4 is in force, takes part in, the. performance prohibited thereby or any performance substantially the same as the performance so prohibited, shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both. (2) Any person who being the owner or occupier or having the use of any public place, opens, keeps or uses.....

Cantonments Act, 2006 Chapter XIII

.....animal found picketed or straying as aforesaid may be removed by any officer or employee of the Board to a pound. (5) Whoever in a cantonment manufactures, supplies, carries or uses for packaging or any other purposes material of non-biodegradable nature including polythene bags shall be punished with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or imprisonment which may extend to six months. Section 290 - Registration and control of dogs (1) A Board may make bye-laws to provide for the registration of all dogs kept within the cantonment. (2) Such bye-laws shall -- (a) require the registration, by any officer authorised in this behalf of all dogs kept in the cantonment; (b) require that every registered dog shall wear a collar to which shall be attached a metal token to be issued by the registration authority, and fix the fee payable for the issue thereof; (c) require that any dog which has not been registered or which is not wearing such token shall, if found in any public place, be detained at a place set apart for the purpose; and (d) fix the fee which shall be charged for such detention and provide that any such dog shall be liable to be destroyed or.....

Cantonments Act, 2006 Section 295

Title: Regulation of Cinematographic and Dramatic Performances

.....pantomime, circus, carnival, exhibition, dance or other similar show for public recreation or amusement, in contravention of the provisions of this section, or if the occupier of any premises allows them to be used in contravention of the provisions of this section or of any condition of any licence granted under this section, he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, and, in the case of continuing offence, with an additional fine which may extend to two thousand rupees for each day after the first during which the offence continues. (3) Nothing in this section shall be deemed to prohibit the giving of any exhibition or any dramatic performance, pantomime, circus, carnival, exhibition, dance or other similar show for public recreation or amusement, in any theatre or institute which is the property of Government where the exhibition, performance, pantomime, circus, carnival, exhibition, dance or other similar show for public recreation or amusement, is held with the permission and under the control of the military authorities.
