RULE 05: POWER TO RELAX -Where the Central Board is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Ministry of Labour, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. RULE 06: SAVINGS -Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. .....and payment or for payment, as the case may be, and the proceeds, when realised, shall be credited by the Reserve Bank to the said account and the fact intimated to the official liquidator. Any discount deducted or allowed on realisation by the official liquidator in payment of the amount due to him or other bank charges or any other charges shall be recoverable from the persons making the payment. 7. Remittance.- (1) Payments made in cash and those made by cheque shall be remitted to the Reserve Bank under separate challans. (2) The acknowledgement of the Reserve Bank shall be obtained for all moneys remitted into the Reserve Bank to the credit of the said account. 8. Withdrawals from Bank.- All moneys required by the official liquidator for meeting the expenses of, or for making cash payments in connection with, the liquidation of a company in his charge, shall be withdrawn from the Reserve Bank by cheques and every payment made by the official liquidator in excess of Rs. 50 shall be made by cheque drawn against the said account. 9. Periodical examination of accounts.- The official liquidator shall, at the end of every three months, examine the account of each.....

.....Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf, the language to be used in - (a) all Bills to be introduced or amendments thereto to be moved in Orissa Legislative Assembly; (b) all Acts passed by the State Legislature; (c) all Ordinances promulgated by the Governor under Art. 213 of the Constitution; and (d) all Orders, Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws issued by the State Government under the Constitution or under any law made by Parliament or the Legislature of the State; shall be Oriya: Provided that the State Government may appoint different dates in respect of any of the items referred to in Clauses (a) to (d) above. Section 3A - Continuance of English language for use in Legislature Notwithstanding the expiration of the period of fifteen years from the commencement of the Constitution of India, the English language may, as from the 26th day of January, 1965, continue to be used, in addition to Oriya for the transaction of business in Legislature of the State of Orissa.
