Waste Lands (Claims) Act, 1863 Complete Act

Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 Complete Act

.....dies and the report of his death is received before the publication of the list of proposed candidates, the Director shall on being satisfied of the fact of the death of the candidate, not include his name in the list of contesting candidates.
