In section 52 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),- (i) for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- (a) a fair dealing with any work, not being a computer programme, for the purposes of- (i) private or personal use, including research; (ii) criticism or review, whether of that work or of any other work; (iii) the reporting of current events and current affairs, including the reporting of a lecture delivered in public. Explanation.-The storing of any work in any electronic medium for the purposes mentioned in this clause, including the incidental storage of any computer programme which is not itself an infringing copy for the said purposes, shall not constitute infringement of copyright."; (ii) for clauses (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), (i) and (j), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(b) the transient or incidental storage of a work or performance purely in the technical process of electronic transmission or communication to the public; (c) transient or incidental storage of a work or performance for the purpose of providing electronic links, access or integration, where such links, access or integration has not been.....

.....3 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908(15 of 1908); (39) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Chapter; (40) "process amounting to manufacture or production of goods" means a process on which duties of excise are leviable under section 3 of the Central Excise Act, 1944(1 of 1944) or any process amounting to manufacture of alcoholic liquors for human consumption, opium, Indian hemp and other narcotic drugs and narcotics on which duties of excise are leviable under any State Act for the time being in force; (41) "renting" means allowing, permitting or granting access, entry, occupation, use or any such facility, wholly or partly, in an immovable property, with or without the transfer of possession or control of the said immovable property and includes letting, leasing, licensing or other similar arrangements in respect of immovable property; (42) "Reserve Bank of India" means the bank established under section 3 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934(2 of 1934); (43) "securities" has the meaning assigned to it in clause (h) of section 2 of the Securities Contract (Regulation) Act, 1956(42 of 1956); (44) "service" means any activity carried out by a person for.....

.....owner of a dam with a safety risk must promptly inform the State Government of the succession, for the substitution of the name of the owner. 18. Factors to be considered in declaring dam or category of dams with safety risk In declaring a category of dams or a dam to be a category of dams or a dam with a safety risk, the State Government must consider" (a) the need to protect the public, property and the resource quality against the potential hazard posed by the dam or category of dams; (b) the extent of potential loss or harm involved; (c) the cost of any prescribed measures and whether they are reasonably achievable; (d) the socio-economic impact if such a dam fails; and (e) in the case of a particular dam, also" (i) the manner in which that dam is designed, constructed, altered, repaired, operated, inspected, maintained or abandoned; (ii) the person by whom that dam is designed, constructed, altered, repaired, operated, inspected, maintained or abandoned; and (iii) the manner in which the water is contained, stored or impounded in that dam.
