(5) No notice of the claim of any person, other than the person or persons in whose name a deposit is held by a non-banking institution, shall be receivable by the non-banking institution, nor shall the non-banking institution be bound by any such notice even though expressly given to it: Provided that where any decree order, certificate or other authority from a court of competent jurisdiction relating to such deposit is procuced before a non-banking institution, the non-banking institution shall take due note of such decree, order, certificate or other authority.] _______________________ 1. RESERVE BANK OF INDIA ACT, 1934 RESERVE BANK OF INDIA ACT, 1934 1934 An Act to constitute a Reserve Bank of India WHEREAS it is expedient to constitute a Reserve Bank for India to regulate the issue of Bank notes and the keeping of reserves with a view to securing monetary stability in India and generally to operate the currency and credit system of the country to its advantage ; AND WHEREAS in the present disorganisation of the monetary systems of the world it is not possible to determine what will be suitable as a permanent basis for the Indian monetary system ; BUT WHEREAS it is expedient to make temporary provision on the basis of the existing monetary system, and to leave the question of the monetary standard best suited to India to be considered when the international monetary position has become sufficiently clear and stable to make it possible to frame permanent measures; It is hereby enacted as follows :- SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT (1) This Act may be called the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. (2) It extends to the whole of India. (3) This section shall come into force at once, and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into.....

.....regulations shall be regarded as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any person or authority unless such disclosure is for the purpose of any action or proceeding under this Act or the regulations or under any other law or unless the Chief Inspector or the Inspector considers such disclosure necessary to ensure the health, safety or welfare of any dock worker. (2) The Chief Inspector or the Inspector shall not disclose the source of any complaint bringing to his notice a defect or breach of any legal provisions and if any visit or inspection is to be made in connection with such a complaint, he shall give no intimation to the employer that the visit is made in consequence of receipt of such a complaint: Provided that the restrictions imposed under this sub-section shall not apply to any case where the complainant himself has expressed his willingness to have the source of the complaint disclosed. (3) If the Chief Inspector or an Inspector or any other person referred to in subsection (1) discloses, contrary to the provisions of this section, any information as aforesaid, he shall he punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine,.....

.....Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Aircraft Rules, 1937, namely: SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE AND EXTENT (1) This Act may be called The Aircraft Act, 1934. Sugar Cane Act, 1934 Complete Act

.....of licences to purchasing agents, the fees for such licences, and the regulation of the purchase and sale of sugar-cane by and to such agents; (d) the organisation of growers of sugar-cane into societies for the sale of sugar cane to factories; (e) the authorities by which any functions under this Act or the rules made there under are to be performed; and (f) the records registers and accounts to be maintained for ensuring compliance with the provisions of this Act.
