The Rajasthan Goseva Ayog Act, 1995 Complete Act

.....of its term, as the case may be. 27. Power to make regulations. The commission may with the previous sanction of the State Government make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made here under. 28. Power to make rules. (1) The State Government may , by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) All rules made under this section shall be laid as soon as may be after they are so made, before the House of the State Legislature while it is in session, for a period of not less than fourteen days which may be comprised in one session or in two successive session and if before the expiry of the sessions in which they are so laid or of the session or of the session immediately following, the House of the State legislature makes any modification, if any, of such rules or resolves that any such rule should not be made, such rule shall there after have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be so howerver , that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done there under. Save as otherwise provided under this Act, no person shall establish or maintain any institution for persons with disabilities except under and in accordance with a certificate of registration issued in this behalf by the competent authority: Provided that a person maintaining an institution for persons with disabilities immediately before the commencement of this Act may continue to maintain such institution for a period of six months from such commencement and if he has made an application for such certificate under this section within the said period of six months, till the disposal of such application.

The Assam Madrassa Education (Provincialisation) Act, 1995 Complete Act

.....the employees of the Government on and from the appointed day on the following terms and conditions, namely- (a) all rules including service rules and rules of conduct and discipline, which are applicable to the Government servants of corresponding grade, similarly placed shall be applicable to employees of the Madrassa; (b) all employees shall be entitled to such emoluments as salary and allowance etc. as admissible to them : Provided that no employee shall get as emoluments any amount which is less than the amount he was getting immediately before the appointed day; (c) Services of all employees shall be encadred in appropriate cadres in accordance with the rules as may be prescribed by the Government for this purpose; (d) The inter-se-seniority of the employees of a cadre or class shall be determined on the basis of the rule as may be prescribed by the Government. Title: Power of Board to Make Regulations

(1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the Central Government, by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules generally to carry out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the fore going power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the terms and conditions of service of the Secretary and other officers and employees of the Board under sub-section (2) of section 4; (b) the conditions subject to which equity capital may be provided by the Board under clause (a) of section 6; (c) the form in which and the time at which the returns may be furnished to the Board under sub-section (1) of section 15.
