(iv)Any person slaughtering any animal or selling or exposing for sale the flesh ofany such animal in any place or manner not duly authorised under the provisionsof this Act may be arrested by any police officer without a warrant. (v) Noclaim shall lie against any person for compensation for any damage necessarilycause by any such entry or by the use of any force necessary for affecting suchentry.

Section 311 - Stacking or collecting inflammable materials The Chairperson may, by public notice, prohibit in any case where such prohibition appears to him to be necessary for the prevention of danger to life or property, the stacking or collecting of wood, dry grass, straw or other inflammable materials, or the placing of mats or thatched huts or the lighting of fires in any place which may be specified in the notice.
