.....DISTRICTS) ACT, 1980 THE EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISION (EXTENSION TO KOHIMA, MOKOKCHUNG, WOKHA, ZUNHEBOTO AND PHEK DISTRICTS) ACT, 1980 (NAGALAND ACT NO. 4 OF 1980) (Received the assent of the Governor on 5th May, 1980) An Act to provide for the extension of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 to the Kohima, Mokokchung, Wokha, Zunheboto and Phek Districts in the State of Nagaland. It is hereby enacted id the Thirtieth year of the Republic of India as follows: - 1. Short title. This Act may be called and THE EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS (EXTENSION TO, KOHIMA, MOKOKCHUNG, WOKHA, ZUNHEBOTO AND PHEK DISTRICTS) Act, 1980. 2. Extension OF Act XIX of 1952 to Kohima, Mokokchung, Wokha, Zunheboto and Phek districts in Nagaland. The Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, shall as from the commencement of this Act, extend to the Kohima, Mokokchung Wokha, Zunheboto and Phek Districts in the Stare of Nagaland and shall come into force therein on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
