.....other posts and to appoint persons to such posts; (12) to institute and award fellowships, scholarships and prizes in accordance with the Statutes; (13) to institute and maintain residential accommodation for students of the University; (14) to fix, demand and receive such fees and other charges as may be prescribed; (15) to supervise and control the residence, conduct and discipline of the students of the University, and to make arrangements for promoting their health and welfare; (16) to do all such acts and things whether incidental to the powers aforesaid or not, as may be requisite in order to further the objects of the University. _______________________ 1.
