(1) No act or proceeding of the Board or of any of its committees shall be questioned or be invalid on the ground merely of the existence of any vacancy in, or any defect in the constitution of, the Board or the committee , as the case may be. (2) No act done by any person actin in good faith as a director or member of any committee shall be deemed to be invalid merely on the ground that he was disqualified to be a director or member or that there was any other defect in his nomination or appointment. (1) No provision of law relating to the winding up of companies or corporations shall apply to the Corporation and the Corporation shall not be placed in liquidation save by order of the Central Government made in consultation with the State Government and in such manner as it may direct. Title : Appropriation of Moneys for Expenditure in Transferred Territories Under Existing Appropriation Acts

(1) As from the appointed day, an Act passed by the Legislature of the State of Bihar or Uttar Pradesh before that day for the appropriation of any moneys out of the Consolidated Fund of the State to meet any expenditure in respect of any part of the financial year in which the appointed day falls shall have effect also in relation to the territories transferred to that State by the provisions of Part II and it shall be lawful for the State Government to spend any amount in those territories out of the amount authorised by such Act to be expended for any service in that State.
