Cine-workers Welfare Cess Act 1981 Section 4

Title: Payment of Duty of Excise

.....by him in respect of such film on the ground,-- (a) that an order refusing to grant any certificate in respect of such film has been made under section 4, read with section 5A, of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952); and (b) that he does not intend to appeal against, or seek revision of, such order, or, as the case may be, that the said order has been confirmed on appeal or revision under the said Act: Provided further that in case any certificate is granted under the said Act in respect of any film after the refund under the preceding proviso of the duty paid in respect thereof, the producer shall be liable to repay, within a period of seven days from the date of grant of such certificate, to the Central Government the duty so refunded. (2) Simple interest shall be payable at the rate of twelve per cent per annum,-- (a) by the Central Government on the amount of duty in relation to any film refunded by it under the first proviso to sub-section (1), from the date of the payment of such duty till the date of such refund; (b) by the producer of a film on any amount of duty refunded to him under the first proviso to sub-section (1) and repaid by him to Central.....

In any State in which the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (6 of 1974), is in force and the State Government has constituted for that State a State Board for the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution under section 4 of that Act, such State Board shall be deemed to be the State Board for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution constituted under section 5 of this Act and accordingly that State Board for the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution shall, without prejudice to the exercise and performance of its powers and functions under that Act, exercise the powers and perform the functions of the State Board for the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution under this Act.]

Title: Power of State Government to Impose Collective Fine

.....collective fine to the notice of the inhabitants of the said area. (3) (a) Any person aggrieved by the imposition of the collective fine or by the order of apportionment under sub--section (1), may, within thirty days of the notification, file a petition before the State Government or such other authority as it may specify in this behalf for being exempted from such fine or for modification of the order of apportionment. No fee shall be charged for filing such petition. (b) The State Government or the authority specified by it shall, after giving to the petitioner a reasonable opportunity of being heard, pass such order as it may think fit: Provided that the amount of fine exempted or reduced under this sub--section shall not be realisable from any other person, and the total fine imposed on the inhabitants of the area under sub--section (1) shall be deemed to have been reduced by that extent. Dalmia Dadri Cement Act 1981 Section 4

Title: General Effect of Vesting

.....in accordance with his rights and interests, payment of the mortgage money or other dues, in whole or in part,, out of the amount specified in section 7 and also out of the amount determined under section 8, but no such mortgage, charge, lien or other interest shall be enforceable against any property which has vested in the Central Government. Maritime Zones of India Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels Act, 1981 Chapter IV

Maritime Zones of India Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels Act, 1981 Section 4

(3) The Exim Bank may receive in consideration of any of the services mentioned in sub-sections (1) and (2) such commission, brokerage, interest, remuneration of fees as may be agreed upon. (4) The Exim Bank shall not grant any loan or advance or other financial accommodation on the security of its own bonds or debentures.
