In the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, (i) in sub-section (1), (a) after clause (c), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: '(ca) "firm" shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 4 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (9 of 1932), and includes, (i) the limited liability partnership as defined in clause (n) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009); or (ii) the sole proprietorship, registered with the Institute;'; (b) after clause (ea), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely: '(eb) "partner" shall have the meaning assigned to it in section 4 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (9 of 1932) or in clause (q) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), as the case may be; (ec) "partnership" means (A) a partnership as defined in section 4 of the Indian Partner ship Act, 1932 (9 of 1932); or (B) a limited liability partnership which has no company as its partner;'; (c) after clause (ha), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: '(haa) "sole proprietorship" means.....

I of 1923) (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Act"), in sub-section (1),-- (i) for the words "on all payments for admission" the words "on payment for admission fixed by the proprietor" shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (b), in TABLE,-- (a) in column (3), for the heading "Amount payable as entertainment duty out of Gross value of the ticket" the heading "Rate of entertainment duty on payment for admission fixed by the proprietor" shall be substituted; (b) against entry 4, in column (3), for the words "No duty" the figures and words "10 per cent." shall be substituted.

BOMBAY HOMOEOPATHIC PRACTITIONERS' (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011, (Maharashtra) Section 4

.....The Registrar shall, upon receipt of the application, make such enquiry as he may deem fit, and renew the certificate. (4) When the certificate is renewed, the Registrar shall endorse such renewal on the certificate of registration and return the same to the registered practitioner. 26B. Issue of Identity Card :- The Registrar shall, at the time of issue of the certificate of registration as provided in sub-section (12) of section 20, also issue an Identity Card to the Registered practitioner. The Identity Card shall be in such form and shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed by the Rules: Provided that, in case of Registered practitioner holding the certificate of registration on the date of commencement of the Bombay Homoeopathic Practitioners' (Amendment) Act, 2011 (Mah. XXII of 2011), the Registrar shall issue such Identity Card at the time of renewal of the certificate of registration.".
