.....SYSTEMS (PROHIBITION OF UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES) ACT, 2005 THE WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION AND THEIR DELIVERY SYSTEMS (PROHIBITION OF UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES) ACT, 2005 An Act to prohibit unlawful activities, in relation to weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Title: Right of Private Defence Against Deadly Assault when there is Risk of Harm to Innocent Person

If in the exercise of the right of private defence against an assault which reasonably causes the apprehension of death, the defender be so situated that he cannot effectually exercise that right without risk of harm to an innocent person, his right of private defence extends to the running of that risk. Illustration A is attacked by a mob who attempt to murder him. He cannot effectually exercise his right of private defence without firing on the mob, and he cannot fire without risk of harming young children who are mingled with the mob. A commits no offence if by so firing he harms any of the children.

Title: Provisions Relating to Conveyances Carrying Imported or Exported Goods

Title: Direction as to Duty in Case of Certain Conveyances

.....shall be chargeable with ad valorem duty in respect of the distinct part of the consideration therein specified. Title: Confiscation of Conveyances

Title: Contamination and Disinfection of Public Conveyance

.....notify such use to the owner, driver, or person in charge of the conveyance, and further report without delay to the Chairperson the number of the conveyance and the name of the person so notified. Title: Power to Stop and Seize Conveyances

Any authorised officer may, if he has any reason to suspect that any conveyance or animal is being, or is about to be, used for the transportation of any commodity which is liable to confiscation under this Act and that by such transportation any provision of this Act has been, is being or is about to be, contravened, at anytime, stop such conveyance or animal or, in the case of an aircraft, compel it to land, and (a) rummage and search the conveyance or any part thereof, (b) examine and search any goods or materials in the conveyance or on the animal, (c) if it becomes necessary to stop any conveyance or animal, he may use all lawful means for stopping it and where such means fail, the conveyance or animal may be fired upon, and where he is satisfied that it is necessary so to do prevent the contravention of any provision of this Act, he may seize such conveyance or animal. Explanation. - Any reference in this section to a conveyance shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as including a reference to an aircraft, vehicle or vessel.
