(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code, every Scheduled Offence investigated by the Agency shall be tried only by the Special Court within whose local jurisdiction it was committed. Title : Power to Make Rules

(1) The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality to the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-- (a) the manner of constitution of the Agency and the conditions of service of persons employed in the Agency under section 5; (b) any other matter which is required to be, or may be, prescribed.
