THE UTTARANCHAL COMMISSION FOR MINORITIES (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003 THE UTTARANCHAL COMMISSION FOR MINORITIES (SECOND AMENDMENT) ACT, 2003 [Act No. 3 of 2004] PREAMBLE An Act to further amend the Uttaranchal Commission for Minorities Act, 2002 Be it enacted in the Fifty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-- Section 1 - Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Uttaranchal Commission for Minorities (Second Amendment) Act, 2003. (2) It extends to the whole of Uttaranchal. (3) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
