THE KERALA REVENUE RECOVERY ACT, 1968 [1] THE KERALA REVENUE RECOVERY ACT, 1968 [1] (ACT 15 Of 1968) An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the recovery of arrears of public revenue in the State of Kerala Preamble.- WHEREAS it is expedient to consolidate and amend the laws relating to the recovery of arrears of public revenue in the State of Kerala ; BE it enacted in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows : - CHAPTER I Preliminary 1. Short title, extent and commencement .- (1) This Act may be called the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act, 1968. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala .
