A ACT to provide for the delivery of services to the people of the State of Punjab within the given time limits and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title and commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Punjab Right to Service Act, 2011. (2) It shall come into force on and with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. Definitions. 2. THE NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY OF UTTARAKHAND ACT, 2011 THE NATIONAL LAW UNIVERSITY OF UTTARAKHAND ACT, 2011 [Act No. 11 of 2011] PREAMBLE AN ACT To establish and incorporate a National Law University at Bhowali, Nainital in Uttarakhand and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto IT IS HEREBY enacted by State Legislature in the Sixty-second years of the Republic of India as follows: Section 1 - Short title and commencement (1) This Act may be called the National Law University of Uttarakhand Act, 2011. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette appoint.
