Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Sixty-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement. " (1) This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Appointment of Special Officers) Second Amendment Act, 2011. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Amendment of Section 4. " In Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies (Appointment of Special Officers) Act, 1976 (President's Act 25 of 1976), in sub-section (1), for the expression "thirty five years and two months", the expression "thirty five years and eight months" shall be substituted.
