Prior to substitution section 3 read as under: "Subject to any rules made in this behalf by the Central Government, each leader [other than the Leader of the Opposition as defined in Section 2 of the Salary and Allowances of Leaders of Opposition in Parliament Act, 1977 (33 of 1977)] and each Chief Whip of a recognised group and a recognised party shall be entitled to telephone and secretarial facilities."

THE RAILWAY COMPANIES (SUBSTITUTION OF PARTIES IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) ACT, 1946 [Act, No.14 of 1946] [18th April, 1946] PREAMBLE An Act to provide for the substitution of the Governor General in Council for certain Railway Companies in certain civil proceedings. WHEREAS under certain arrangements made by the Central Government with the Bengal-Nagpur Railway Company, Limited, the Bombay, Baroda and Central India Railway Company, the Bengal and North Western Railway Company, Limited, and the Rohilkhand and Kumaon Railway Company, Limited, certain rights and liabilities of the said Companies have been assumed by the Central Government; AND WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the substitution of the Governor-General in Council in the place and stead of the said Companies in all pending civil proceedings founded on any right or liability so assumed by the Central Government: It is hereby enacted as follows:-

.....PRODUCE MARKETING (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2008 THE MIZORAM STATE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETING (DEVELOPMENT AND REGULATION) ACT, 2008 (Act No. 11 of 2008) [Received the assent of the Governor of Mizoram on 3rd April, 2008] An Act it is enacted by the Mizoram State Legislature in the fifty ninth year of the Republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER " I Preliminary 1. Short Title Extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called "The Mizoram State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act. 2008". (2) It extends to the whole of Mizoram except the Autonomous District Council areas. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint. 2. Definitions. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires:- (1) "Agricultural Produce" means all produce and commodities, whether processed or unprocessed, of agriculture, horticulture, apiculture, sericulture, livestock and products of livestock, fleeces (raw wool) and skins of animals, forest produce etc. as are specified in the schedule or declared by the Government by notification from time to time and also includes a mixture.....
