Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 Section 27

Title: Restriction on Entry in Sanctuary

.....of such sanctuary of which he has knowledge or information; and (e) to assist any Forest Officer, Chief Wild Life Warden, Wild Life Warden or Police Officer demanding his aid for preventing the commission of any offence against this Act or in the investigation of any such offence. 1[(3) No person shall, with intent to cause damage to any boundary-mark of a sanctuary or to cause wrongful gain as defined in the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860), alter, destroy, move or deface such boundary-mark. This Act may be called the General Insurance Business (Nationalisation) Act, 1972. Section 2 - Declaration as to the policy of the State It is hereby declared that this Act is for giving effect to the policy of the State towards securing the principles specified in clause (c) of article 39 of the Constitution. Explanation.-- In this section "State" has the same meaning as in Article 12 of the Constitution. Apartment Ownership Act, 1972 Section 21

(1) The Manager or Board of Managers, if required by the Declaration or the bye-laws or by a majority of the apartment owners, or at the request of a mortgagee having a first mortgage covering an apartment, shall have the authority to, and shall obtain insurance for the property against loss or damage by fire and such other hazards under such terms and for such amounts as shall be required, or requested. (2) Insurance referred to in sub-section (1) shall be written in the name of the Manager or of the Board of Managers of the Association of the Apartment Owners as trustee for each of the apartment owners in the percentages established in the Declaration. (3) Premiums in respect of insurance referred to in sub-section (1) shall be common expenses and such insurance shall be without prejudice to the right of each apartment owner to insure his own apartment for his benefit.
