Title: Powers of Central Government or Tribunal to Accord Approval, Etc., Subject to Conditions and to Prescribe Fees on Applications

.....subject to such conditions, limitations or restrictions as it may think fit to impose and may, in the case of a contravention of any such condition, limitation or restriction, rescind or withdraw such approval, sanction, consent, confirmation, recognition, direction or exemption. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, every application which may be, or is required to be, made to the Central Government or the Tribunal under any provision of this Act-- (a) in respect of any approval, sanction, consent, confirmation or recognition to be accorded by that Government or the Tribunal to, or in relation to, any matter; or (b) in respect of any direction or exemption to be given or granted by that Government or the Tribunal in relation to any matter; or (c) in respect of any other matter, shall be accompanied by such fees as may be prescribed: Provided that different fees may be prescribed for applications in respect of different matters or in case of applications by different classes of companies.

Annamalai University Act, 2013 Complete Act

(1) On and from the date of commencement of this Act, the Annamalai University established under the Annamalai University Act, 1928 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1929) shall be deemed to have been established and incorporated under this Act and is hereby declared to be the University by the aforesaid name. (9) The Registrar shall register any alteration of the memorandum with respect to the objects of the company and certify the registration within a period of thirty days from the date of filing of the special resolution in accordance with clause (a) of sub-section (6) of this section. ..... (4) The amount of the dividend, including interim dividend, shall be deposited in a scheduled bank in a separate account within five days from the date of declaration of such dividend. National Food Security Act, 2013, Section 10

Title: State Government to Prepare Guidelines and to Identify Priority Households

.....under section 9 for the rural and urban areas, identify-- (a) the households to be covered under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana to the extent specified under sub-section (1) of section 3, in accordance with the guidelines applicable to the said scheme; (b) the remaining households as priority households to be covered under the Targeted Public Distribution System, in accordance with such guidelines as the State Government may specify: Provided that the State Government may, as soon as possible, but within such period not exceeding three hundred and sixty-five days, after the commencement of the Act, identify the eligible households in accordance with the guidelines framed under this sub-section: Provided further that the State Government shall continue to receive the allocation of foodgrains from the Central Government under the existing Targeted Public Distribution System, till the identification of such households is complete.
