Subject to any rule made in this behalf, any person, generally or specially authorised by the Board in this behalf, may, whenever it is necessary so to do, for any of the purposes of this Act, at all reasonable times, enter upon any land or premises and make any inspection or inquiry or do such other act or thing as may be prescribed : Provided that no such person shall enter any building or any enclosed courtyard or garden attached to a dwelling-house (unless with the consent of the occupier thereof) without previously giving such occupier at least twenty-four hours' notice in writing of his intention to do so.

Title: Power to Enter and Search of Fishing Vessel Etc

(1) The authorised officer may, if he has reason to believe that any fishing vessel is being, or has been used in contravention of any of the provisions of this Act or any order or rule made thereunder or any of the conditions of the licence, enter and search such vessel and impound such vessel and seize any fish found in it. (2) The authorised officer shall keep the fishing vessel impounded under sub-section (1), in such place and in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) In the absence of suitable facilities for the storage of the fish seized, the authorised officer may, if he is of the opinion that the disposal of such fish is necessary, dispose of such fish and deposit the proceeds thereof in the prescribed manner in the office of the arbitrator.

(2) The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), shall, so far as may be, apply to any search or seizure under this Act as they apply to any search or seizure made under the authority of a warrant issued under section 94 of the said Code. (3) Where any person seizes anything under clause (b) or clause (c) of sub-section (1), he shall, as soon as may be, inform the nearest Magistrate and take his orders as to the custody thereof.

THE TRIPURA NURSING COUNCIL ACT, 1986 THE TRIPURA NURSING COUNCIL ACT, 1986 An Act To provide for constitution of a Nursing Council for Tripura in order to regulate teaching in general nursing, midwifery, auxiliary nursing midwifery, health visiting or public health nursing in the State and for matters connected; therewith and incidental thereto. Be in enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Tripura in the THIRTY SEVENTH YEAR OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDIA as follows: CHAPTER I Introduction 1.
