.....inconsistent with the scheme of Federation embodied in this Act: Provided that after the establishment of the Federation, if any Instrument has in fact been accepted by His Majesty, the validity of that Instrument or of any of its provisions shall not be called in question and the provisions of this Act shall, in relation to the State, have effect subject to the provisions of the Instrument. (5) It shall be a term of every Instrument of Accession that the provisions of this Act mentioned in the Second Schedule thereto, may, without affecting the accession of the State, be amended by or by authority of Parliament, but not such amendment shall, unless it is accepted by the Ruler in a supplementary Instrument, be construed as extending the functions which by virtue of the Instrument are exercisable by His Majesty or any Federal Authority in relation to the State. (6) An Instrument of Accession or supplementary Instrument shall not be valid unless it is executed by the Ruler himself, but, subject as aforesaid, references in this Act to the Ruler of a State include references to any persons for the time being exercising the powers of the Ruler of the State, whether by reason of the.....

Executive Committee ( 1 ) The B oard shall constitute an Executive Committee consisting of the chairman and managing director, the whole-time directors and such other directors as it may deem fit: Provided that in the case of a Joint Financial Corporation, if the directors nominated under Clause (b) of Section 10 represent different State Governments then, all of them shall be me mbers of the Executive Committee. .....[Gujarat Revenue Tribunal] constituted under Bombay Revenue Tribunal Act, 1957, (Bom. XXX] Of 1958) notwithstanding anything contained in the said Act. SECTION 13: PROCEDURE BEFORE REVENUE TRIBUNAL (1) The [Gujarat Revenue Tribunal! shall after giving notice to the appellant and the State Government, decide the appeal and record its decision. (2) In deciding an appeal under this Act the [Gujarat Revenue Tribunal] shall exercise all the powers which a Court has and shall follow the same procedure which a Court follows in deciding appeals from the decree or order of an original court under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908- (V of 1908). SECTION 14: LIMITATION Every appeal made under this Act to the Bombay Revenue Tribunal shall be filed within a period of sixty days from the date of the award of the Collector. The provisions of sections 4, 5, 12 and 14 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1908, shall apply to the filing of such appeal. SECTION 15: COURT FEES Notwithstanding anything contained in the Court-fees Act, 1870, or the Hyderabad Court Fees Act, 1324 F, every appeal made under this Act to the Bombay Revenue Tribunal shall bear a court-fee stamp of such value as may be.....
