The Kerala Electricity Duty Act, 1963[1] Complete Act

Section 12 - Appointment of subordinate police Subject to such rules as the Government may from time to time make, the appointment of Police Officers of and below the rank of Inspectors shall be made by the prescribed authority. Section 13 - Certificates of appointment (1) Every Police Officer of and below the grade of Inspector shall, on appointment receive a certificate in the form provided in Schedule I.
